RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase—and we stand by the quality build and ingredients that go into each item. So if you’re unsatisfied for any reason, we offer a 30-day return policy on most items we sell*. No questions, no raised eyebrows. We’ll even pay for the return shipping (domestic orders only). If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we won’t be able to give you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received them (within reason—we want you to try them out and spend some time with them). If your item(s) are damaged or have missing parts not due to our error, we will give a partial refund.  If you are an international customer, we are happy to do a return or exchange within the guidelines of our return policy, however, we won’t be able to pay for return shipping.

*Sale items are non-refundable, but are exchangeable within 7 days of delivery.

To return your item(s): box them up, include your original emailed receipt or packing slip, and email us at hello@dotdash.net to acquire your prepaid return label.  Be sure to include your name & order number when you email us.  We will email you your pre-paid return label.  Simply print it, affix it to your box and drop it off at any USPS or UPS location (depending on the type of label).

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we’ll send you an email to let you know. If it is an exchange request, we will send you another shipping confirmation when your exchange ships.  If it is a refund, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you’re approved, your credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  We will not be able to refund shipping costs.  Please allow 3 business days for returns to be processed.

MISSING REFUND

We’d love to help you find your missing refund. But first, we ask that you double-check your bank account statement. Then contact your credit card company, since it may take some time before your refund is posted. Finally, please check with your bank. Refunds often come with extra processing time.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, not sale items.  However, sale items can be exchanged.

EXCHANGES

We will exchange any regular item within 30 days if the fit is not to your liking, and if the item is in its original condition. We will always replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange something, send an email to: hello@dotdash.net to get your pre-paid shipping label (domestic orders only).  Remember to include your name, order number and what item you would like in exchange.  If your item has a custom hem, unfortunately we cannot do a return or exchange.
